Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated clinician to join our outpatient private practice team providing therapy to any combination of children, adolescents and families. As an insurance-based organization, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care to individuals and families in need. If you are an new or experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and helping clients help themselves, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents and/or provide couples therapy and family therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings
- Adhere to all licensing standards
Requirements:
- Independently licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, PhD), or
- Provisionally licensed clinicians with a master's degree in social work or counseling who are working toward independent licensure
- Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and providing therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to cultural competence and an inclusive workplace

Schedule:
- Evenings and/or Weekends Partially Required
- Part Time Flexible Schedule (10-12 client hours per week)

Compensation: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
